  Return & exchange policy

  Cancel Policy We kindly request your compliance with the following cancellation terms: To initiate a return request, please provide your order number and whatsapp us at 9830424928 within 24 hours of the product delivery. Ensure that the whatsapp message clearly states the reason, order number, your name and address and product image. If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within one hour of placing it and if the product is not shipped within one hour. Orders canceled within the initial one hour window will be eligible for a purchase coupon with 3 months validity. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In case of circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from processing, procuring, or delivering your order within a specified time (45 days for pre-booked products), the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued. Neither party will incur any liability. If the product requires a return, the product must be returned in its original condition, including all labels, tags, and packaging. Such products must be unworn, unused, and unwashed. The returned product will pass through a strict quality check, and only then will the exchange be initiated. Any products found to be worn, used, or soiled will not be accepted and exchange / refund. Customer need to pay shipping charge ( Rs 100 to Rs 200 ) for taking back the product into same condition. Customized or special delivery orders are not eligible for return/exchange. Refunds: A purchased product is normally not refundable If we are unable to deliver your products within the mentioned time frame then we will initiate refund. Exchange: Accessories / Bed Covers/ Home Furnishing items cannot be returned or exchanged and are non-refundable. · Stitched merchandise like Menswear, custom-made and standard stitching products cannot be returned and are non-refundable. · Sarees cannot be returned if the blouse or petticoat has been stitched. Lehenga Cholis cannot be returned if the blouse/choli or lehenga has been custom stitched. · Shipping charges are non-refundable. · Returns are accepted only for damaged/defective items or those significantly different from the online description. If any customer wants to exchange without valid issues then he/ she needs to ship the product to our address in intact condition. Shipping charge should be paid by the customer. After receiving the product, we will initiate the exchange and exchange charge / difference in bill amount should be paid before shipping , cash on delivery is not available for exchanged items. ( Exchange charge within West Bengal - Rs 100 / For other states in India - Rs 150/ For North Est - Rs 200 ) Please note online purchased items cannot be exchanged at our physical store.
