8POURE Exchange Policy

At 8POURE, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. To ensure smooth transactions and clarity, we have outlined the following exchange policies for both online and offline purchases. Please read them carefully before placing an order or initiating an exchange request.


1. Online Purchases (www.8poure.in)

Refund Policy:

No Refunds: Refunds are not available for online purchases. Kindly ensure your order is accurate before completing the purchase.

Exchange Policy:

A. Eligibility for Exchange

Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a wrong or defective product, you are eligible for an exchange.

A clear unboxing video showing the defect or incorrect product is mandatory to validate the claim.

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery through WhatsApp at 9830424928.

Material or Suitability Issues:

Exchanges for reasons such as "didn’t like the material" or "it doesn’t suit me" require special approval from management.

Customers are required to:

Ship the item back to us safely at their expense.

Pay additional shipping charges (₹100 to ₹250 within India) for the replacement item.

Wrong Size Ordered:

Customers are requested to carefully choose their kurti size using the provided size chart to avoid issues.

If a wrong size is ordered:

Exchanges require special approval from management.

Customers must:

Send the product back safely at their expense.

Bear the shipping charges for the replacement item.

B. Process for Exchange

Notify us via WhatsApp at 9830424928 within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide the unboxing video (if applicable) to support your claim.

Once the exchange is approved:

For defective or incorrect items, we will arrange a pickup from your doorstep.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, a replacement will be sent.

Hand-to-hand exchanges are not allowed.

C. Important Conditions

Returned Product Condition:

The returned item must be in its original condition:

Properly folded.

Undamaged and free from stains or wear.

Securely packed for return shipping.

Items returned in a crushed, improperly folded, or damaged state will be rejected. The customer must pay shipping charges to get the item back.

Intentional Damage:

Intentional damage will not be tolerated. Our team can identify manufacturing defects versus intentional damage, and claims for intentionally damaged products will be rejected.

Exchange Item Value:

The price of the new item must be equal to or greater than the exchanged item.

Sarees cannot be exchanged for kurtis and vice versa.

Communication Guidelines:

Customers are requested not to call for exchange-related queries. Send a WhatsApp message, and allow 24 hours for a response.

Please remain polite and patient during the process. Exchange issues may take time to resolve, and we appreciate your cooperation.


2. Offline Store Purchases (P8 Tagore Park, Kolkata)

Exchange Policy:

A. Eligibility for Exchange

Exchanges for defective or incorrect items are accepted within 48 hours of purchase.

Customers must inform us via WhatsApp or call at 9830424928 within 24 hours of purchase to secure approval.

B. Process for Exchange

Approval is mandatory for any offline exchange.

Once approved, customers must visit the store with the product and original receipt within 48 hours of purchase.

Exchange Timings:

Offline exchanges are strictly handled between 6 PM to 8 PM.

Exchanges without prior approval or outside the designated timings will not be entertained.

C. Important Notes:

Jewelry is Non-Exchangeable:

Any jewelry purchased from 8POURE is not eligible for exchange.

Store Etiquette:

Sudden store visits without approval or creating disturbances regarding exchanges are strictly prohibited.

Disruptive behavior will result in denial of service, and local authorities will be contacted if necessary.


General Guidelines for All Customers

Size Chart (Kurtis):

Customers must carefully review the size chart before placing an order for kurtis.

Exchange requests for wrong size orders will only be entertained with management’s approval, and the customer must:

Send the product back safely at their own expense.

Pay additional shipping charges for the replacement item.

Communication & Patience:

Exchange-related inquiries should only be sent via WhatsApp to 9830424928. Do not call regarding exchanges.

Kindly allow 24 hours for a response and be patient throughout the process.

Unboxing Video (Online Purchases):

An unboxing video is mandatory for claims of defective or incorrect items. Claims without the video will not be entertained.

Returned Product Condition:

All returned items must be in their original condition: properly folded, undamaged, and securely packed.

Negligently packed, crushed, or damaged items will be rejected.

Approval is Mandatory:

Exchanges (both online and offline) require prior approval through WhatsApp at 9830424928. Without this approval, exchanges will not be processed.
