A purchased product is normally not refundable, but if some issues like manufacturing defects or damages, or a wrong product arise then just drop an email to us at 8pourekolkata@8poure.in or feel free to call us at 9830424928 with your order no. and product details. Please note that refunds will be issued only if we are responsible for the reason you mentioned. If in case of any damage to the product from the customer’s end occurs, then those issues will not at all be entertained by us and we will not be responsible for giving back to you any refund amount. After receiving back the product at our warehouse we assure you that we will initiate the refund of your money within 7 business days. The refund amount will be credited back as per the banking guidelines of your bank.
To initiate a return request, please provide your order number and WhatsApp us at 9830424928 within 24 hours of the product delivery. Ensure that the WhatsApp message clearly states the reason, order number, your name, address, and product image. If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within one hour of placing it, and if the product is not shipped within one hour. Orders canceled within the initial one-hour window will be eligible for a purchase coupon with 3 months validity. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In case of circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from processing, procuring, or delivering your order within a specified time (45 days for pre-booked products), the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued. Neither party will incur any liability. If the product requires a return, the product must be returned in its original condition, including all labels, tags, and packaging. Such products must be unworn, unused, and unwashed. The returned product will pass through a strict quality check, and only then will the exchange be initiated. Any products found to be worn, used, or soiled will not be accepted and exchange/refund. Customers need to pay a shipping charge ( Rs 100 to Rs 200 ) for taking back the product in the same condition. Customized or special delivery orders are not eligible for return/exchange.
