While 8POURE shall endeavor to ensure the accuracy of the order of the products, there may be variations in colour of the actual product against that as shown on the website, due to the nature of fabric, dyes, climatic situations at the time of dying, lighting, digital photography limitations, the difference in displays or any other technical or technological reasons.
A customer must place an order keeping in mind that minor variation may occur in colour, weight, handwork, size, etc. as seen on the website against the actual product received.
1) If you wish to exchange received products please go to “My Orders" and find the” I Need Help" button under that particular item and choose “I want to exchange”. You have to mail us within 24 hours (email@example.com) along with your received product image and detailed reason of exchange in detail. You have to mention " Exchange' in the subject line. This activity should be completed within 24 hours of receiving the product and we will arrange a call back to your registered phone number within 24 working hours. In case you have placed the order via WhatsApp then mail us within 24 hours (firstname.lastname@example.org) along with your received product image and detailed reason of exchange in detail. You have to mention " Exchange' in the subject line.
2)A) In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or with manufacturing defect or a wrong item has been received - 8Poure will reply to the sender's email to approve/reject the exchange request. After approval 8Poure will arrange to pick up from a delivery address within 4 working days from approval. The Customer has to keep the product intact including original folds and price tags. The packaging should be proper and waterproof. In case 8Poure receives the product in damaged or crushed condition – it won’t complete the exchange request and the customer will have to take the product back by paying additional shipping charges. If 8Poure receives the returned item in intact condition and finds the complaint to be genuine it will arrange a callback and reship the same product to the customer's address. After receiving the damaged product if 8POURE finds that the defect was not original but forcefully made then the sender has to take back the product by paying an additional shipping charge.
2)B) In case the customer receives the right product but still wants to exchange for any personal reason( Exchange Charge Rs 350 to Rs 600) - 8Poure will reply to the sender's email to approve/reject the exchange request. After approval 8Poure will arrange to pick up from a delivery address within 4 working days from approval. The Customer has to keep the product intact including original folds and price tags. The packaging should be proper and waterproof. In case 8Poure receives the product in damaged or crushed condition – the exchange request will be canceled and the customer will have to take the product back by paying additional shipping charges. If 8Poure receives the returned item in the intact condition it will contact the customer for choosing a new product and the same will be shipped after the customer pays the exchange shipping charge and price difference
2)C) We do not exchange products from Skincare & Makeup Category.
3) It's very important that you should never send back an item without consulting with us. You should NOT send back the item until and unless you have verified with us otherwise no credit or replacement shall be given in such cases.
** For any damage claims - an opening video of the product packet is mandatory. Moreover, Exchange Facility is not applicable for any of the following products

4) Always mention the issues associated with a single order delivery or a package delivery at the same time.
5) Be very much specific while describing the problem because all the returned items are thoroughly examined for defects and other related issues.
6) Your return item will be picked up by us from your address ( except a few postal codes) within 4 working days.
7) The garment or garments you return will be examined thoroughly without any delay and it will be figured out what went wrong. Immediate actions will be taken from our end and we will make sure to prevent such problems from reoccurring.
8) Since safe and secured delivery to you is always our responsibility, in the same way sending back the items safe and secured becomes your responsibility. If any unwanted damage happens in transit or the package doesn't get delivered to us, then we are sorry to say that we cannot help you. We will mark the items as defective returns and not for sale by declaring a low value.
9) Exchange of discounted items are possible only if you have received a wrong item
If it is found that the delivered item was damaged intentionally for raising refund or exchange issue - the organization will not be liable to exchange the item

Though we continuously aim at delivering the chosen products to you, there are times when we aren’t able to fulfill some of your needs due to the unavailability of the product at the warehouse. This happens mainly when the products are sold out or out of stock. In case of such a situation, we encourage our customers to select the next best option. If customers do not find an alternative that makes them as excited as their initial choice, we regretfully yet promptly refund the entire amount spent on the product along with the shipping charge with absolutely no deductions. We also offer compensation by way of store credit depending upon the order value and delay in communication.

Products ordered with sequin and stone decoration often come off even with best and careful handling, so it should be known while placing the order. Few of the fabrics have a tendency to reflect textured effects as proof of their authenticity. This should not be mistaken for a faulty product. Handicraft, hand-dyed, items will always have certain minor differences. The raw finish of the handicrafts cannot be compared with machine finished products as this raw finish is the beauty of the handicrafts items. It is practically impossible for us to replicate the same colors on a product as seen on the website or your computer screen. A minor variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these products have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different light and weather, type of camera used for photography or type and settings on the computer monitor.
